Wage Statement Class Action against CVS
On September 29, 2015, Plaintiff Willie Brown, a former employee of CVS, initiated a class action Complaint for violations of LABOR CODE §§226 and 2698 et seq. (PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACT) in the United States District Court – Central District – Case No. 2:15-cv-07631-JFW-PJW.
