The law firm of Choi & Associates, P.C., was established in 1996 and consists of nine lawyers. The firm has diverse areas of legal practice ranging from workers' compensation, personal injury, criminal defense, immigration, general litigation, complex civil litigation, real estate, family and business transactional law. We provide legal services to clients in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York.
The firm is led by Michael Choi and has handled a number of prominent cases including the “No Gun Ri Massacre,” which involves an event taking place under the No Gun Ri bridge in 1950 during the Korean War, where more than 400 civilians were killed. The firm was counsel in the Japanese Slave Labor class action suit against Japanese multi-national conglomerates and the Japanese government. The firm represented 40,000 victims in the Agent Orange class action suit. In addition, the firm represents the commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the city of Philadelphia in defense work.
