Final Approval Granted In A $11 Million Class Action Settlement For Unpaid Meal/rest Breaks!

On August 15, 2016, the Law Offices of Choi & Associates, Diversity Law Group, P.C. and Hyun Legal APC were granted final approval of a meal and rest break violation class action in the amount of $11 million by the United States District Court.  Per terms of the settlement agreement, class counsel agreed not to post the name of the case.
